Work Day! July 7, 8:30am

On Sunday, July 7, we'd like to invite all HTFG Oahu members and friends to come out for a work day at Lokoea Farms to help plant and mulch the first set of trees in our new HTFG Fruit Tree Repository.

The workday will be from 8:30-11:30am, with a potluck picnic lunch to follow. Lokoea Farms is at 62-394 Joseph P. Leong Hwy, Haleiwa HI 96712. (Pull off hwy at Tsue's Farm sign and look for the green HTFG banner on our farm gate.)

Please bring your potluck dish & personal eating utensils, shovel, pickaxe, pitchfork, work gloves, closed-toe shoes, water bottle, wheelbarrow. We have some extras of tools if needed. Kids are welcome as long as they are under adult supervision at all times - this is a working farm and we don't want anyone to get hurt.
